Choose a template or write a free message
- Template: a pre-approved message (re-engagement, promotion, delivery info) you can send in one click
- Free message: write your own text if you are already in an active conversation with this customer (24h window)

Send
The message goes immediately to the customer’s WhatsApp number. The conversation history is tracked in Sendocki’s WhatsApp page.
To send a Meta template to a customer (most frequent case to start a conversation), you must have at least one Meta-approved template. See Connect WhatsApp for configuration.
