Why have a consolidated customer base?
Identify your best customers
Instantly see who spends the most, who orders most often, who is loyal. Focus your efforts on those who deserve it.
Recognize repeat customers
When a customer re-orders, you know if they’re on their 2nd or 20th order. Adapt your service accordingly.
Avoid bad payers
Flag problematic customers (systematic refusals, fake numbers) to avoid re-delivering to the same addresses.
Launch targeted re-engagement
Identify customers inactive for X months and send them a targeted WhatsApp to bring them back.
For each customer, you see
Search for a customer
Three methods depending on what you know:- By name
- By phone
- By email
Type the first letters of the first or last name in the search bar at the top. The list filters instantly.

Advanced filters — refine your list
To find a precise subset of customers, open the advanced filters:By city
See all your customers from Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, etc. Ideal for geo-targeted campaigns.
By number of orders
Min / max — for example “customers with 5+ orders” to identify your loyal ones
By total spent
Min / max — for example “customers having spent more than 1000 MAD” for your VIPs
By registration period
“Customers registered this month” (new) or “customers registered 6+ months ago” (to reactivate)
By segment
Filter on a Sendocki segment (Regulars, New, Top buyers, Blocked)

Automatic segmentation
Sendocki automatically classifies each customer into one (or more) segments based on their behavior. 7 segments available:🆕 New
Recent customers with few orders — to convert to regulars via a great first experience
🌟 Top buyers
Your big buyers by volume / amount / average basket — to pamper as top priority
💎 Loyal
Regular customers with low cancellation rate — stable, profitable, predictable
⚠️ COD Risk
Customers with repeated COD failures — to confirm systematically before shipping
😴 Inactive
Customers who haven’t ordered for X days — your priority re-engagement list
🚫 Blocked
Problematic customers manually blocked (fraud, abuse, fake numbers)
👤 Regulars
All other customers — the majority of your base, to evolve toward Loyal or Top buyers
The thresholds defining each segment are fully configurable in Settings → Segmentation. You set the criteria adapted to your business (number of orders to be Top buyer, inactivity period, max cancellation rate for Loyal, etc.).→ See Customer segmentation — complete guide to know everything: threshold configuration, marketing strategies by segment, dashboard.
