The Table view is your control center. All your orders in a single list, with the columns you want to see, powerful filters, sorting by any criterion, and real-time statistics at the top of the page.
This is the view to favor when you want to analyze rather than process: understand your activity, compare periods, identify your best customers or your most active cities.

Why use the Table view?

See everything at once

All your orders in a list, with key info visible directly (customer, city, amount, status, carrier, date)

Find instantly

Search by customer name, order number, phone. Advanced filters by city, amount, status, period, etc.

Compare your performance

The statistics bar at the top displays the period’s key figures: number of orders, revenue, delivery rate, average basket

Adapt to your need

Choose which columns to display, in what order, in compact or wide mode. Your preferences are remembered per user.

Real-time statistics

At the top of the Table view, a bar displays the key figures for the selected period:
  • 📦 Total number of orders
  • 💰 Revenue (and delivered revenue, excluding cancelled orders)
  • 📈 Delivery rate
  • 🛒 Average basket

Statistics update automatically when you change filters. Filter by city to see KPIs for that city only, for example.

Customize displayed columns

Depending on your role and need, you want to see different columns:
  • A Manager wants to see revenue, status, carrier
  • A Confirmation agent wants to see phone, address, call attempts
  • A Delivery agent wants to see carrier status, COD collection
1

Click the columns configuration icon

Top right of the table
2

Check / uncheck columns

Enable those that interest you, hide those that take up space for nothing
Columns customization menu
3

Reorder (optional)

Drag and drop columns in the desired order
4

Compact or wide mode

Switch to compact mode to see more rows on screen (useful on small screens)
Your column preferences are remembered per user — each team member can have their own configuration without interfering with others.

Filter to find instantly

Filters let you zoom in on exactly what interests you:

By customer

Search by name, phone, email

By city

See only Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech orders, etc.

By status / stage

Filter on a precise stage of your pipeline (e.g. “To confirm” only)

By period

Today, this week, this month, or custom range

By amount

Above / below a threshold

By carrier

See orders shipped via a specific carrier

Sort by any criterion

Click any column header to sort:
  • 📅 Order date (recent → old or reverse)
  • 💰 Amount (ascending or descending)
  • 🏙️ City (alphabetical)
  • 👤 Customer name
  • 📞 Call attempts (find orders called multiple times)
A second click reverses the order.

Bulk actions

Like the Kanban view, you can select multiple orders by checking the boxes on the left:
1

Check orders

Either individually, or all via the header checkbox
2

Bulk actions menu

Appears automatically at the top of the table
Bulk actions in the Table view
3

Launch the action

Assign to a driver, change status, ship in bulk, export, etc.

Open an order’s details

Click any row to open the full order sheet:
  • 📋 All items and their prices
  • 👤 Complete customer details (phone, address, notes)
  • 📞 Call attempts history
  • 📦 Real-time carrier status
  • 💰 COD details (amount to collect, collection status)
  • 📝 Internal team notes
  • 🕐 Complete history (who did what, when)

Pagination

For stores with many orders, the Table view uses classic pagination (page 1, 2, 3…):
  • Choose the number of rows per page (25, 50, 100, etc.)
  • Navigate with previous / next arrows
  • Unless you filter: filtered results display on a single page if possible

When to use Table view rather than another?

  • Analyze your KPIs in real time (revenue, delivery rate, average basket)
  • Find a specific order by filter or search
  • Compare several orders side by side
  • Export a selection (CSV, etc.)
  • Have a dense view of your activity (not just a visual summary)
  • See the activity visually by pipeline stage: use the Kanban view
  • Quickly process the confirmation call queue: use the Call Center view
  • Drag and drop to move orders forward: use the Kanban view
