Security — who can do what on users
A Manager cannot deactivate or modify the Owner account — protection against hostile coups in the team. Only the Owner can delegate or transfer their role.

- Check that no unpaid commission is owed to them (Commissions page)
- Delete permanently after a few months (in case of need for quick reactivation)
