Without a connector, every Livo order is prepared by hand in their interface: recipient, address, cash-on-delivery amount and pickup point to re-enter every time. Once Livo is connected, shipping happens directly from Sendocki, using the order’s own details.
Everything stays in one place: the confirmation call, the shipment, the tracking, and the cash collected for the same order. You stop copying, and you stop comparing two lists that never quite agree.

Before you start

  • You have an active Livo merchant account.
  • Get your API key from your Livo interface: Settings → Your API Key. You can generate a new one at any time if needed.
Never share your Livo API key. If it was exposed, generate a new one from your Livo interface (Settings → Your API Key) and update it in Sendocki — the old key is then revoked.

Connect Livo

1

Open carriers

In Sendocki, go to Connectors, open the Carriers tab, and choose Livo.
2

Add your API key

Paste the API key you received from Livo.
3

Fill in your pickup point

Contact name and phone, the city and address where Livo collects your parcels, and an optional note for the driver. The city must match a city served by Livo exactly.
4

Complete the settings

Whether the parcel can be opened before payment (printed in Arabic on the label) and the label format to use.
5

Link statuses to your stages

Link each Livo status to a stage of your sales pipeline, then turn on automatic moves. Without this step, your orders will read “Delivered” but stay in the “Shipped” column.
6

Save

Save the connector. Livo then appears as an available carrier when shipping an order.
Livo does not offer a webhook. Sendocki polls Livo at regular intervals to fetch new statuses — expect a bit more delay than a carrier with a webhook, where changes arrive instantly.

Ship an order

  1. Open the order and choose Livo as its carrier.
  2. Check the recipient, phone number, address, city, and cash-on-delivery amount before sending it.
  3. Send the shipment, then print its label from Sendocki.
Livo may provide the actual delivery fee after shipment creation. Sendocki displays the amount returned by Livo when available; it is not an estimate.

Request a pickup

Like Cathedis, a Livo pickup request is only available as a bulk action, after selecting orders that have already been shipped — it does not carry the exact list of parcels, the driver collects whatever is ready at your pickup point. Use the bulk Request pickup action once your parcels are ready. The pickup point used is the one saved in your connector.
Unlike Cathedis, cancelling a pickup request actually works at Livo: you can cancel or send a new request with no waiting period.

Frequently asked questions

In your Livo interface, open Settings then Your API Key. You can generate a new key there at any time — the old one is then revoked.
No. Livo collects your parcels from your own pickup point, like other carriers — you don’t need to send them anything in advance.
Livo exposes no webhook: Sendocki polls Livo at regular intervals instead of receiving changes in real time. A short delay is normal.
Yes — unlike some carriers, Livo’s cancellation takes effect immediately, with no waiting period before a new request.
This setting states whether your customer can open the parcel before paying the cash-on-delivery amount. It is printed in Arabic on the Livo label.
Statuses and stages are two different things. Open the Livo connector settings, link each status to a stage, then turn on automatic moves.
