A team in Sendocki is a group of collaborators who share common rules: same commissions, same permissions, same responsibilities. Beyond 5-10 users, organizing into teams becomes essential to steer without micro-management.
For Moroccan merchants with high COD volume, the typical structure: 1 “Call Center” team (confirmation agents) + 1 “Delivery” team (internal drivers) + 1 “Support” team (customer response). Each team has its own rules.
List of Sendocki teams

Why structure in teams?

Apply rules in bulk

Define a commission once for the whole “Call Center” team instead of configuring it agent by agent. Massive gain at scale.

Visualize performance by team

Dashboard and analytics automatically aggregate KPIs by team — you compare your teams rather than your individuals.

Simplify onboarding

New collaborator? You put them in their team and they automatically inherit the rules. No individual configuration.

Steer by manager

Designate a manager per team — they see only their team, with no access to the rest.

  • Manager: a user who will have visibility on this team (Manager role ideally)

Typical use cases in Morocco

Typical structure:
  • Call Center team (5-15 confirmation agents) → commission rule % on confirmed orders they convert
  • Delivery team (3-10 internal drivers) → fixed commission rule per delivered order + COD collection bonus
  • Support team (2-3 people) → no commission linked to orders, just fixed salary
Typical structure:
  • Casablanca team (call center + local drivers)
  • Rabat-Salé team (equivalent)
  • Marrakech team (equivalent)
Each team has its own rules (different carriers, different average basket, so different commissions).
Simple structure:
  • Call Center team (all COD conversion happens there)
  • No delivery team (carrier handles it)
  • Optional: Support team for after-sales
You are the only user. No need for teams for now — you configure Sendocki without teams. You’ll create them when your team grows.

Best practices

  • ✅ Name clearly your teams (with city if relevant, or business role)
  • ✅ Designate a manager from creation — facilitates delegation
  • ✅ Limit the number of teams: 3-5 teams for most merchants. Beyond = over-organization
  • ❌ Don’t mix roles in the same team (no mixed “Call + Delivery” team — rules would be inconsistent)
