Without a connector, every Cathedis order is prepared by hand in their portal: recipient, address, cash-on-delivery amount, store and pickup point to pick every time. Once Cathedis is connected, shipping happens directly from Sendocki, using the order’s own details.
Everything stays in one place: the confirmation call, the shipment, the tracking, and the cash collected for the same order. You stop copying, and you stop comparing two lists that never quite agree.

Before you start

  • You have an active Cathedis merchant account, with at least one store and one pickup point already registered at Cathedis.
  • You know your Cathedis username and password (the same as on their portal) — Cathedis does not issue any API key.
Never share your Cathedis password. If it was exposed, change it in the Cathedis portal and update it in Sendocki.

Connect Cathedis

1

Open carriers

In Sendocki, go to Connectors, open the Carriers tab, and choose Cathedis.
2

Add your credentials

Enter your Cathedis username and password. Unlike Ameex, Cathedis issues no API key: the connection uses your portal account.
3

Choose your store and pickup point

Sendocki reads your stores and pickup points from Cathedis automatically. Select the ones to use for your shipments — pick both from the same account, since a pickup point isn’t tied to one specific store.
4

Complete the settings

Default payment type, delivery type, default weight range, default goods description, whether the parcel can be opened, and the minimum declared value. These settings apply by default to all your Cathedis shipments.
5

Link statuses to your stages

Link each Cathedis status to a stage of your sales pipeline, then turn on automatic moves. Without this step, your orders will read “Delivered” but stay in the “Shipped” column.
6

Save

Save the connector. Cathedis then appears as an available carrier when shipping an order.
Cathedis does not offer a webhook. Sendocki polls Cathedis at regular intervals to fetch new statuses — expect a bit more delay than a carrier with a webhook, where changes arrive instantly.

Ship an order

  1. Open the order and choose Cathedis as its carrier.
  2. Check the recipient, phone number, address, city, and cash-on-delivery amount before sending it.
  3. Send the shipment, then print its label from Sendocki.
Cathedis may provide the actual delivery fee after shipment creation. Sendocki displays the amount returned by Cathedis when available; it is not an estimate.

Request a pickup

Unlike Ameex, a Cathedis pickup request carries the exact list of parcels to collect — so it is only available as a bulk action, after selecting orders that have already been shipped. Use the bulk Request pickup action once your parcels are ready. The pickup point used is the one saved in your connector.
Cancelling a pickup request is not guaranteed at Cathedis: the status can switch to “cancelled” in Sendocki without the driver’s visit actually being called off. To stop a second driver travelling for nothing, Sendocki refuses a new request within 24 hours of the previous one.

Frequently asked questions

They are your usual username and password on the Cathedis portal. No API key is needed.
Cathedis exposes no webhook: Sendocki polls Cathedis at regular intervals instead of receiving changes in real time. A short delay is normal.
No, these are connector-level defaults applied to all your Cathedis shipments. You can change them at any time from the connector settings.
Sendocki can send the cancellation, but Cathedis doesn’t guarantee the driver’s visit is actually removed. Treat a pickup request as final once sent.
Statuses and stages are two different things. Open the Cathedis connector settings, link each status to a stage, then turn on automatic moves.
