Without a connector, every order is typed twice: once on your side, once in the Ameex portal. Recipient, phone, address, city, cash-on-delivery amount. By the thirtieth order of the day, a mistake slips through — and one mistyped phone number is a failed delivery you pay for. Once Ameex is connected, shipping takes one click. The order leaves with the details your customer gave, untouched. Statuses come back on their own, your labels and delivery notes print from the same screen, and you stop reopening the Ameex portal.
Everything stays in one place: the confirmation call, the shipment, the tracking, and the cash collected for the same order. You stop copying, and you stop comparing two lists that never quite agree.

Before you start

  • You have an active Ameex merchant account.
  • You have your Ameex business API ID and API key.
  • You have entered a pickup address if you ship from your own stock.
Never share your API key. If it was exposed, regenerate it in the Ameex portal and replace it in Sendocki.

Connect Ameex

1

Open carriers

In Sendocki, go to Connectors, open the Carriers tab, and choose Ameex.
2

Add your credentials

In the Ameex portal, open My businesses → API. Copy the displayed ID and API key into Sendocki.
3

Choose the shipping mode

Choose Pickup at my address when Ameex should collect your parcels. Choose Stored at Ameex only when your goods are already held by Ameex.
4

Complete useful settings

For pickup, enter the city, exact address, and an available contact. You can also choose the pricing source and enable opening or try-on at delivery when your contract allows it.
5

Link statuses to your stages

Link each Ameex status to a stage of your sales pipeline, then turn on automatic moves. Without this step, your orders will read “Delivered” but stay in the “Shipped” column.
6

Save

Save the connector. Sendocki then displays the webhook URL to add in the Ameex portal.

Enable automatic tracking

In the Ameex portal, open My businesses → API and paste the Sendocki URL into the Webhook field. Without this URL, Ameex cannot send new delivery statuses to Sendocki automatically.

Ship an order

  1. Open the order and choose Ameex as its carrier.
  2. Check the recipient, phone number, address, city, and cash-on-delivery amount before sending it.
  3. Send the shipment, then print its label from Sendocki.
Ameex may provide the actual delivery fee after shipment creation. Sendocki displays the amount returned by Ameex when available; it is not an estimate.

Prepare and confirm a handover note

A handover note groups Ameex parcels that you give to the driver.
1

Select already-shipped orders

In the order list, select only Ameex orders whose shipment has already been created.
2

Create the note

Open bulk actions, choose Handover note, and create it. Orders rejected by Ameex are not added; correct them before handing them over.
3

Print documents

Print labels if needed, then print the handover note to be signed when you hand over the parcels.
4

Confirm after the physical handover

Once the parcels have actually been given to the driver, confirm the note in Sendocki. Confirmation is final at Ameex.
Before confirmation, parcels can be removed from the note. After confirmation, they cannot. The note number remains on the order and can reopen the document.

Request a pickup

Use the bulk Request pickup action when your parcels are ready. With Ameex, this request concerns your pickup address, not a specific parcel list: the driver takes whatever is ready on site. The address sent is the one saved in your connector. Sendocki shows it before sending, so you know where the driver will turn up.
Ameex does not offer pickup cancellation. To stop a second driver travelling for nothing, Sendocki refuses a new request within 24 hours of the previous one. A banner recalls the pending request and its time.

Frequently asked questions

In the Ameex portal under My businesses → API. It shows your business ID and API key.
Check that the URL shown in Sendocki is copied into your Ameex business’s Webhook field and that the Ameex connector is still active.
Yes, before confirmation only: remove it, correct it, then add it again. After confirmation, contact Ameex for changes.
Yes. Click its number on an order or reopen it from the order list.
Sendocki keeps the last printed version of every note. If Ameex is unavailable, that copy still opens, with its date shown: check that it matches the parcels you are handing over.
Statuses and stages are two different things. Open the Ameex connector settings, link each status to a stage, then turn on automatic moves. Also turn on no going back: a status arriving late will then never pull a delivered order back to an earlier stage.
